... are there any worse teams than us in the Premier League?
Norwich are the only side that still look weaker than us to me. They have spent a lot of money but on nothingness sort of players so don't appear to have improved much.
With Swansea's signing of Graham I think they have almost caught up with us. If Wigan lose Martinez they could struggle next season (unless they sign a good replacement like Mark Hughes).
But beyond that Wolves are the only club I think we could compete against as more or less equals.
Appreciate this could all look very different if we made just a few smart signings but at the moment it looks pretty bleak. When even Free Seat Pete announces - in the style of a great revelation - that you actually have to spend some serious money to survive in the Premier League you realise things are not going according to plan...
