yes. will he score shed loads in the prem? only time will tell. but he has the ability to do it. good finisher, natural movment and plays on the shoulder. His style will suit Swansea more than it would us anyhow
We should try and recreate a recent Republic of Ireland strike partnership; Keane and Long. They have played a few games together recently for the Irish and will probably be Irelands first choice strike partnership in the next year or two as it looks like Long is about to overtake Doyle.
If we can get these two together at a cost of maybe £8million that would be a partnership to be excited about in the Premier League. They would work well together.
If we just sort that out. I don't think we need to sign anyone else. We'll be fine.
Yes he is, he absolutely tore as apart at LR and has all the right attributes.
For the nth time people need to realise that Warnock does not do 4-4-2, we will not be playing 4-4-2 in the premiership we do not have the players for it and only the best teams can get away with 2 v 3 in midifeld. So there is no point in looking at 5ft 10 strikers playing of the shoulder we need a striker who can play the number 9 role and score goals.
Graham was one that could do that, Helgusson may have been able to do that in the championship but does not have the touch to do it in the prem.
