  • Having Taken Friends Advice

A number of good friends have advised that I no longer get involved in deep conversations about Gianni Paladini. My views are well known and they remain fully behind him, because despite mistakes made, he has taken this club great strides culminating in being involved in getting this club into the Premiership.

I have to deal with alot well meaning people, but also a number of people who will smear and tell lies about you. To be honest, I've had enough.

I will post on football related matters and if anyone tries to draw me into a debate about one man, then take it on with someone else. I am not interested anymore

I've had to deal verbal abuse at matches, had to deal with lies and innuendos from a selected number of fans all over various messageboards. Some of which has been going on for many years.

I;ve had my support put into question, saying that I get back-handers, freeloader and a spin doctor for the club. None of which is true.

This site gives everyone an opportunity for free speech, but as administrator of this board my time is done for sticking my neck out for one person and getting it thrown back in my face, purely over something I believe in.

Roll on next season and look forward to joining in football debate and board-room stuff, but expecting me to get embroiled in anymore petty arguments is something I am not prepared to do anymore.
