Eastcote James welcome back. Defeats the object that the Verve think drugs don't work. Anyway looking forward to your next rant xI played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Who knows? Knowing our lot we will find out at some point that we are once again being mugged off for showing our support for the team we all love....

It really is a guessing game. I'd imagine its 47 pounds plus 3.50 for the cheapest seats against any of the top 4 sides but if thats for the wigans and blackburns then we will struggle to feel 19k. Shame really as like you said it's stopping fans who care.I played sunday league football today.

I really think the LSA are pro-active and do a great job, trouble is we have several groups.
Seems like the club have decided which one to talk directly to

Why the closed meeting? What was the outcome of the consultation on ticket prices?
The outcome of the meeting was a promise to have regular meetings? Will they also be closed to mere members? Why bother having more regular meetings if there are no more serious actions?

In all fairness, at least the club have indicated a willingness to at least appear to listen.
"It was agreed that moving forward, the OSC would continue to meet frequently and will aim to meet monthly with the Club to discuss any issues or concerns that the fans might have. The Club proposes to publish a reminder of the upcoming meeting a week in advance and encourage the fans to contact the OSC with any topics they would like discussed."
I was really excited about this bit though:
"A summary of the points of discussion and the agreed next steps will be made available on the Club website following each meeting."
Just cannot wait to see the results of which of, "Tango & Cash", Little & Large" or "The Fat Orange One & The Dwarf" is preferred by the fanbase. Should be fun.

Am I right in believing the OSC represent the season ticket supporters and the supporters that have purchased memberships?
If so, why in my 15 years + as a member have I never been asked to vote on/for an official of the OSC?
Therefore as a member surely I should be issued with minutes of any meeting of which the said officials are representing me (and thousands of others). I would also think that my veiws should be canvassed before any meeting!!

The undersigned wish to use our rights as members of the Official Supporters Club to call an extraordinary meeting. The meeting would be to discuss the extortionate increase in ticket prices that we feel are unjustified and unfair on the loyal supporters of the club. We are concerned that the Official Supporters Club do not appear to be meeting regularly or meeting with other supporters groups.
Dear Secretary,
We, the undersigned wish to use our rights as members of the official supporters clubunder section 3.8 of the Official Supporters Club mandate to call an extraordinarymeeting.
The purpose of the meeting would be to discuss the extortionate increase in ticket pricesthat we feel are unjustified and unfair on the loyal supporters of the club.
We also would like to discuss recent events around the sale of the club and publicstatements that have been made by shareholders, and are concerned that the OfficialSupporters Club do not appear to be meeting regularly or meeting with other supportersgroups which are also in the Official Supporters Club's mandate as follows:
3.1 The Committee shall meet at such time or times as the Committee shalldetermine, but at a minimum would aim to meet at least once a month
3.2 It is envisaged to hold regular meetings with Supporters’ Groups, at a minimum on a bi-monthly basis
It is deemed that for the above reasons that a meeting be called as soon as possible, with an appropriate representative from the club in attendance. Please feel free torespond to this letter through the official website or through any of the recognisedsupporters groups, publicising details of the meeting to all members of the OfficialSupporters Club who would all have the right to attend.
Yours Sincerely

we called for an egm of osc, not a meet with garibaldi's and cups of coffee.
lsa have not met club for over a year and then the osc turned up? ( not expected by us) and we were led to believe the club want to deal with osc, and other groups meet with osc and they then go back to club..middle men?
we weren't happy.
we have tried since before millwall home game to meet club and nothing.
so tells you a lot imo.
why are the club avoiding the fans groups, even when things were going well?? (pre hearing) are they sensitive or worried of what they'd hear?
we are their CUSTOMERS, if qprfc is a business.
