You seem to spend more time in court suing people than I do Scott which considering I do it for a living is saying something.
My guess is Flav exchanged some of your art work with ZF for a reduced interest rate on ST renewals, only the art work was never his to trade in the first place was it

            lol

quite straightforward really - they offered me another loan last year, which I took out to help with Christmas and all that. A loan which had insurance on it - 4 months later I lose my job, cancel my DD and basically think the insurance would kick in. They started f'ing about saying the insurance didnt cover redundancy and all a load of bull, it dragged on and on. Anyway, I was getting 3/4 calls a day and a letter every day from them and it was doing my head in. Then one bird says look, make a token payment - say a tenner - and that will sort out our computer systems and you'll stop getting harrassed by us while we sort it out. I said, fine ok, and paid over the phone.

Week later i heck my bank balance and the ****ers had taken shed loads out of my account. Natwest said it wasnt fraud as giving youd card details is like giving someone cash, the head boss @ Zebra said "sue us".

So off to court we go!

Horrible, useless, evil company to deal with - so, for anyone using Zebra I'd suggest you dont bother with their insurance policy and you dont lose your job or ever miss a payment!!

Great publicity if you win. They sound like a bunch of sharks and it will be interesting to see what kind of support the club give the company if they are found to be in the wrong. Keep us posted Scott.

They're not nice to deal with at all. Some days I got 3 phone calls and other days i got 5..and it was a letter every single day - without fail. I wouldnt mind but from day 1 i said yes i owe you money but thats why i paid extra for the insurance! Then i'd get one bloke saying, oh yeah we'll send you the insurance forms and another going pay us money now or we'll take you to court. I was going around and around in circles with them. But when they decided to take a few hundred quid out of my account and go "and?? we're owed the money in our eyes - sue us if you dont like it" well....red rag to a bull and all that.

I'm just hoping they turn up...and yeah, like you said it will be interesting to see what the club have to say about Zebra in a few weeks time.

Those 1400 are already included. Zebra pay the club up front so that money has already been banked by the club.

I haven't renewed and doubt if I will, because I am unlikely to watch more than 15 home games.

Also, unless some new signings are made, including Lopez or similar and a goalscorer, it isn't worth paying £585 for 15 games. Oh and I don't trust FB or the fans to not panic and call for JM to be sacked.

I still think that although the quality of football wasn't good (especially away from home) Dowie was doing a reasonable job and QPR might have made the play-offs or at least been within a point or two of them.

I think I will revert to buying on a match by match basis.

Yep - they are duly obliged to repeat back to you the amount of any transaction for you to confirm your agreement to a) take the money at all and b) take only the stipulated amount.

101% that is what they said. I spoke to their fraud department who werent interested whatsoever - they said all I could do is cancel my card and order a new one.
