Just an idea willing to be shot down
People have perfomance related pay even footballers have, for wins , goal scored etc:
So here goes.
Charge 20% on top of last year season ticket and than say extra 10 pounds if we survive and 10 pounds for every position a bit like the prem pays the clubs.
They would have to put a cap on it to charge the full price and then refund for all their failures.
This way they will have to invest a little to make sure they get the most out of the season ticket.
Walk in has to be charged at full price.
Probably needs working at but just an outline so we don't feel ripped off.
Of course they might still spend and shut up some of us moaners
