    Exactly
    Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
    And many more mistakes

Would be good if the England players wanted to play that much. They don't give a ****!

Well, it saves him having to ask to be taken off during the game. Good time management.

He is a complete idiot but as long as he's our idiot, I'm alright with that. Won't exactly love him when he leaves.

One day (perhaps on his deathbed) it will hit Adel how lucky he was to ever have NW as his manager.

Sums the man up, terrible attitude unless he gets his own way, lets wait for the first major strop in the big league see what the world thinks of him then.

2 years ago prior to NW - he'd come off the bench, try all the tricks, wouldn't work. we'd boo and he'd start waving at us telling us to shut up.
under NW he's changed - throws a strop every now and again (say if he wants to take a free kick...!) but he's def got better and a much better team player.
think that shows his respect for NW - and rightly so. NW will probably let him know when it's time for him to leave us, not the other way round.

Just wish Neil would tell him that someone should be taking the Free Kicks etc.

I can't help feeling there is a real personality conflict here between him and the coach.
Adel seems to be fiercely patriotic -- there must be a real problem to make him say he won't play for them again.
