i remember a few years back.. some interview flavio had that he urged QPR fans to match the ambition and allow QPR to recieve money for transfers.

cant remember the interview exactly but he did go on about how if we bought the st's, paid the money etc. then the board would make the funds available as it could be cost effective.

i bet we really do have a tight budget for our first season back in prem.

id like to hope we spent 10-15m considering the inflated prices. but expect we'd spend closer to 5-8m, with a lot of freebies.

If the Mittals doesnt come in with a new bid, a sucessful season on the field depends on wether Flavio has learnt something or not from having watched Warnock @ Co co. did cope perfectly well on their own without any kind of interference last season.
