Hong Kong Chink buys Birmingham Malaysian Indian wants to buy West Ham
you want to cry over Amit and Mittal , go ahead,
it's a big world out there, and they know what division rangers are playing in.
That's a bit extreme Buff, i thought you was looking forward to us being in the prem.
Queens Park Rangers
NPower Champions 2010/2011
PREMIER LEAGUE 2011 - ETERNITY (Oh well got that wrong, we'll be back though)
I didn't think it sounded negative at all,he basically say's what you'd expect him to say.The only bad thing he said for me was that flavio was in control.(Hopefully only until the mittels buy them out)
i must have been listening to different interview.
i heard him talking about being "excited" about the new season, how we are strengthening the squad,BE called him to offer him his full support,he is meeting with FB and BE to discuss transfer targets, the pre-season tours of italy-cornwall will do the players good, the fans have a huge part to play and loftus road will be an intimidating place for teams to visit.
but, hey, this is a message board,so lets just focus on the negatives, shall we?
Have to say I heard this version of the interview, didn't sound downbeat to me at all !
You need to remember, when in Cornwall last pre season he said he was amazed we were 5th favorites couldn't understand why - he'll play the situation down till the cows cone home
is it not a case that were hearing the interview in the mood were in , if were positive sounds ok if negative were hearing all bad, same with every report we read see etc
Just listened now. Doesn't inspire great deal of confidence to be honest. Not as bad as I had expected though. Worrying that he can't get BE and FB together to plan for players etc... Will undoubtedly bring in players, said so. Time will tell. He did confirm that FB is now in full control, most probably coz BE couldnt give a toss/or has enough time. FB in full control given his track record is mighty depressing.
Thought he met them weeks ago to discuss transfers.
Must be the only club in the prem that hasn't fixed a budget with the manager.
Only possible positive I can see is maybe flavio/ bernie being cagey because they hope to sell in v nr future - clutching at straws here a bit I realise.

True. That's the stand out negative for me and most people, I would imagine.
Other than that, I just thought it was pretty standard stuff from a bloke I wouldn't want to play poker against. He sounded tired, probably just woken up. He's on his hols after all.
Glad we have him though. Very glad.
Right now, we NEED him. He's holding the whole club together at the moment. That's how it feels to me.
I clicked on the link filled with fear and was surprised what I heard. He didn't sound downbeat to me at all. It was typical Warnock subtley playing things down. Sure it is concerning about FB being in charge but I suspect that is only until another offer for the club comes along. He sounded generally in good form to me.
