  • New Ground

If we stay up which I hope we will, does that mean a new stadium. If the Mittals owned the club, they would I assume would consider a new stadium (steel would be cheap) for the next season. My question is, and I dont live in the area, would a site near Heathrow be an advantage or would a stadium in the old BBC who are planning to move or the old dairy land(if its still avaliable). My point is! Where would the majority of Fans like the new ground to be situated.
    Loftus Road, cant expand
    Dairy Farm, not sure
BBC, would want a lot of $$$$
    Ruislip Area, If possible
Heathrow area, plenty of cheap land.
Barnet, loads of old grounds and plenty of land includes Edgeware, Burnt Oak, I know slightly Arsenal but the closest grounds are QPR and Arsenal
Or franchise QPR and move to my hometown of Bishops Stortford, Herts, One Fan for sure when I leave Barca.
    Help us out.

You can't build a new ground in Barnet -- I think Barnet FC may have something to say about that.
Franchising Rangers and moving out into Hertfordshire? Goodbye Herts Hoops FC, Hello, FC QPR.
I think many fans are agreed we would prefer to stay in the general area where we are now.

BBC would want lots of money - but they are relocating and will need to sell off a very large patch...
to me it's either BBC or a move further out west.
unsure which the club will pick though ....!

We've got to stay in our manor.

Burnt Oak is a khazi. Edgware not much better!

Buy the BBC site. Build a hotel, offices, conference centre, flats etc... To make money from non matchday activities. Transport links are the due to Westfield, the face of the area has already changed due to this. You couldeven look at a casino possibly!

Finding a spare £200m? Go to the bank! I know banks are not keen on lending to football clubs these days, but there would be a lot more to the plan than football so they would look at it.

This would make us a viable long term proposition in terms of making a profit.

A huge project, but why not? Football doesn't make profit anymore but this sort of deal does!

Ask Swansea, Cardiff, Brighton, MkDons, Leicester, Reading, Coverntry and Southampton how they did it.

Its not rocket science, if these clubs can afford it, theres no reason why we can't.

Can you even add teams like Donny and Colchester?
