If Eccleston Values the club at 100ml why does he not buy Mittal's share at that valuation and take total control and pretty much do what he wants.
If Mittal is not prepared to pay Eccleston's valuation than sell his as he really is just a puppet with his shares as he will be out voted on every decision.
If Eccleston won't buy Mittals shares he is over valueing them and knows it.
It's not as if either cannot efford the others shares.
