  • Eccleston v/s Mittal

If Eccleston Values the club at 100ml why does he not buy Mittal's share at that valuation and take total control and pretty much do what he wants.

If Mittal is not prepared to pay Eccleston's valuation than sell his as he really is just a puppet with his shares as he will be out voted on every decision.

If Eccleston won't buy Mittals shares he is over valueing them and knows it.

It's not as if either cannot efford the others shares.

I wish they would sort it out one way or other for the club's sake

Maybe he does not want to sell because if the club is sold to other parties, it may be for a price nearer BE's valuation and this would be profitable for Mittal.

Either way, I hope it is resolved soon.

            Why exactly?

Just because he may no longer wish to buy out Ecclestone, doesn't mean he won't want to keep the shares he has to make profit on them. We have just reached the promised land and they will become more desirable and valuable the better we prosper, so wouldn't be surprised if he held onto them.

If you have 3 main shareholders and one of them doesnt agree with the others on the way forward then it will inevitably have a negative effect on the performance of the club/business.

This needs to be sorted out for the good of the club preferably well before the start of the season or we will end up signing the scraps that are left rather than grabbing the players warnock really wants

At least BE and FB have been honest and told us they don't give a rat's ####.

They talk a good game. Never seen their true commitment and have milked the PR ticket to death. The Mittals are all 'big hat, no guns'

Not even sure it was 100 million, more nearer half that.

I do keep coming back to last season.

Amit/Ishan sell the club to Warnock, why didn't Mittal take Flabs share then? After the protests from around March to say September they were clearly available.

Its okay Mittal taking the plaudits last game of the season, but I cannot see what he done. Thats not being critical or biased, but a fact.

Reality is Escada (clothes chain, spelling?) was bought for Mittals daughter in law for 65 million, surely QPR is worth that much !

I think you are being niave Pete,

So Flavio is the chairman, prior to Amit stepping up and appointing him, Around this time Flavio Is done for cheating, he is then put under investigation which according to Moon Safari who I know well and trust delayed a sale to the Kingfishers, so would mean the same to the Mittals surely

I'm sorry but wouldn't you be worried that if he had been up to no good at QPR like in f1 and suspicions elsewhere as well as the Fa over looking it all, that his own reputation could get damaged amongst this.

                        Pete,

                        You are cracking up mate,

                        1) there is a massive difference between taking the glory last season and fans rightly seeing them as a more positive step forward for the club, you said yourself in the petition page on fb you want Amit and co to take us forward.

                        2) how can you compare and why are you comparing a fashion company purchased for a family member to the value of QPR?

BE and FB are mates, FB can always get his shares back when he has the money, I would imagine that's why he sold them to BE.

FB sold it to BE because bernie gave him first refusal on sell
