  • Other major Investors..Will See This As A Great Opportunity

It would not surprise me in the slightest, that the American consortium who showed interest when announced some months ago or some other Arab or multi-millionaire group would take over the club in the near future.

I'd actually be pretty confident that something will happen over next couple of months

Funnily enough mate I was going to mention this. Bernie and Flavio clearly say that NO official offer came from the Mittals. Which means who DID make the official offer to buy us? And are they willing to offer again??

Yes this is a topic I brought up and I think so much attention and focus has been put on the mittals but maybe the club could be sold on to other investors. The way these arabs splash the cash maybe that would be better than the indians that everyone seems to want.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

In other words you're second guessing without the slightest shread of evidence to support you're view.

Don't worry about all that, have read that FA Report yet or what?

More interest in moving forward if you don't mind and being postive about the future of our football club. Negativitiy breeds contempt and divides too many people

For the record, pretty confident outside investment will happen

There is possibly room for the world's first playboy football club, so one reason why not.

Flavio will be unveiling his new 'tango babes' hired from last year's world cup, who will be sitting amongst us as scantily clad cheer-leaders. Their motto will be 'what can you give me'.

As flavio has a few 'millionaire' clubs, It makes sense to him to try it out on football. So I can't see him selling up before the idea has has been put into practice. I wouldn't be surprised if most of SAR eventually became corporate and star studded.

No you're more intrested in diverting attention away from Paladini as much as possible...I support the club whereas you an individual.

For the record I think you haven't the first clue about outside investment...so far this week you have now managed to cover all the bases. You've backed FB / BE, thrown your weight behind backing the Mittals when it all came on top now you're confident of outside investment. You're all over the place, you don't know whether you are coming and going.

So I take it you haven't found the time to read the FA Report then?

Pete has a filter which stops him from seeing negatives as far as Paladini is concerned. This means that f the 80 page report, he has only read 2 pages and that has taken him four days to get through it. He's 'MOVED ON' haven't you heard and is waiting for the next Paladini disaster instead of trying to get over the last one.

Never forget when dealing with Pete that he says Zebra Crossings are white and black rather than black and white. 'There are no tanks anywhere near us...'. Comical Pete-y.

But, back on topic, if the Dwarf does decide to sell, then you can wave goodbye to the Summer window as nothing will be in place for a god few months...

Why hijack this thread, there's plenty of other GP ones for that?
