Would not surprise me. He's a good player, he's a left back, he's affordable and he supports QPR!
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

        Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
        And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

London lad isn't he? Sure he only signed a new deal last summer so would cost a bit to buy him unless there was a clause because of the relegation.

If he did sign I wonder what his relationship with Mackie will be like since it was JM that broke Ridgewell's leg a couple of seasons ago?!?

I think he would be an excellent signing. Brum conceded 13 fewer than WBA last year but they had nothing up top which could save them. As part of that defence they've always been pretty assured. Would love to have him in the back four next season.
