I won't be buying a ST as stated before, my location prevents me from attending most midweek games. I will still be going to Sat and Sun games but not Mon and Thurs. I guess that may only be 10 home games so £520 ain't that bad.
When the three of us go we spend circa £200 per trip (tickets, meals, train fares, drink etc etc) so an extra £46 per trip is neither here nor there. Its actually cheaper for us to go to some away games than LR as there are no 'cheap' / 'discounted' train fares to London. Last season we all got to Derby and back for less than £30 on the train, its £62 to London!
The problem I've got with all this is that we are charging PL prices, and quite rightly so, but we are offering a championship product. We will not invest £40m on players so we can be compared to all other London PL clubs (as announced by the club yesterday) and our stadium is worse than many in League 1. If we buy the likes of Cole, DJ Campbell, Adams etc etc, extend the Ellerslie Rd concourse, allow me to sit and not have to stand in my seat, then charge me £60 per game. But we ain't gonna do any of this!
BE and FB will kill this club, you don't buy into a football club to make money so I am not sure why these two are still around. It was a sad sad day yesterday when Amit etc stepped down. The Mittal's would have taken us to the next level, sadly the Orange one and his small side kick won't. Hopefully, they will sell, and the Mittal's get into bed with our new majority owners. Amit has said they are to keep their 34% stake but have no day to day input, but I suspect as soon as BE sells they will be back.
Just a shame its pissed on our parade, best time in 15 years to be a R and these F1 ****ers **** it up.22nd February away v Charlton is the 40th Anniversary of my support of QPR and my first game. Away v Chelsea 3-3 23rd Feb 1974. 40 years of pure magic!!

I will not be attending home or away matches this coming season, or watching QPR on TV. I withdraw my support until match day ticket prices come down significantly. If that's never then so be it. 35+ years of support and I've really fallen out of love with the club in the lasr 24 hours. I won't encourage my 5 year old son to support the club. My dad's family has supported QPR for at least 4 generations (including me). It looks like it could end here.WRITING ABOUT QPR AND OTHER NONSENSE:

Don't think anyone disapproves of a price increase. But with all due respect can't see anyone wanting to pay money to watch Fitz Hall lump it to Patrick Agyemang . Was hoping to go to about 8 games this season, the reality is about 3, depending on availability. The loyalty and the long awaited success of my club, that I've dreamed about for 15 years counts for nothing.

There has been no explanation as to why this amount of increase. But similarly, there has also been no apology or explanation re the false Faurlin transfer fee. The distance between the fans and the owners has grown far too big, and I'm sure they feel that they don't have to justify themselves. ''Its my club/toy, I'll do what I like with it'' attitude. You can do this in F1, not sure you can get away with doing it with a football club. Emphasis on the word ''club''
And you got this last bit wrong btw, if you recall, we didn't have one.......
