I think that is a very fair point because if PL is getting credit for last year's promotion as well, what about the credit NW should get for gaining seven previous promotions. Added to that, we were facing relegation last year so the turnaround has been no mean achievement.

Still, I guess it goes in the 'move on' box along with, ahem, no parade.

If the award was for manager of the last 2 years ,then fair play lambert would be a worthy winner, but it's not,it's called manager of the year,so for that reason nw was the outstanding manager in the championship and should have won the award

ok this season only, lambert took a newly promoted team up to the premier league.

And Warnock takes a near relegated side up to the premier league. Like I said, a very close call and I think the FA business would have swayed any 'floating voters'.

It's clearly bull, Norwich spent more then we did and West Ham and Cardiff and pretty much most teams in this league would have Warnock is there manager left. He's class at this level!
                  Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                  And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Norwich ran away with a pish poor division in L1 and this season that fat ugly german looking Grant Holt fell over enough times in injury time to allow them to nick a winner.

Despite the FA and Media attempts to derail our promotion we still ran away with it.

You don't get the gold medal at the olympics for coming second. Enough said.

My point exactly. All the other winners led their sides to the title and Lambert won the award for his achievement this season and last?

Warnock transformed a side from relegation fodder to title winners in 14 months and had it not been for the FA case unsettling the side towards the end of the season, QPR might have won the title with more ease.

Other managers also spent more money than Warnock did.
