Free Season Tickets

Honest answers only please and no guessing or speculation but has anyone on here ever recieved a free season ticket at QPR or ever heard of anyone ever receiving one which they no as a fact that this has happened?

I have never heard of anyone but I see the ******** is starting yet again elsewhere

Yes I have mate. You know my pal he got 10 free ST's for work he done at the ground.

Rightly or wrongly I don't know. I was offered it & naturally accepted.

Mate use to get 2 every season through Hammersmith School, part of a deal for using the car park

I know of fake ones getting printed off every season as well when the demand for tickets was low up until the cards came in

And the funny thing is that if the person starting **** was offered a freebie they would definitely take it.

Not at QPR but a mate of mine wrote and produced Chelsea's Cup Final song with Suggs a few years back, he was given a season ticket for himself and his 2 kids for life (mind you his kids are only young). Still a result though even if it is the ****.

Well I must admit that is alot more then I ever thought were dished out though the example given make sense I guess as I suppose the club are better off doing this then writing out a cheque

Just for the record I have never been offered one or taken one and have paid my own way for the last 20 years or so buying with hard earned cash

IM sure there are many rangers fans who can pay for a season ticket at the drop of a hat but for me, saving up or paying off for the ticket makes the good times even more sweeter.

If so, can I suggest that you take it up on whichever board it was rather than acting like a little kid and running off to teacher and starting yet another pointless thread on this board. I would expect better from my 4 year old.....

Come on mate grow a pair and have it out with whoever raised this issue (if indeed it is an issue). Sick of all this sniping at other boards.

The thread was intended as a serious question as I did not expect anyone to say they knew of free season tickets and the answers actually surprised me

Well, here's one for you, for the the last four years at least, there is one seat near me that has a name on it, but has never been occupied. Our first speculation was that it belonged to someone who was banged up. Other theories could be that it is one of these free life ones, or the owner sits with his mates somewhere else and has never bothered to change it. Any other guesses?
