Free Season Tickets

The thread was intended as a serious question as I did not expect anyone to say they knew of free season tickets and the answers actually surprised me

Do you think that I or anyone else from this site recieves free season tickets by the way?

Did I think that any on here (you included) received a free season ticket? To be honest no I didn't, but thanks for asking the question and thanks for the honest people who answered. Besides, even if I did think that some on any site received free season tickets, it would be nothing to do with me, good luck to them.

Finally, do I have a problem with people running off to another board to complain about something they have seen elsewhere? Yes I do....

I must admit when I 1st read this post I thought you had an agenda Isleworth, and thats coming from a complete outsider but you do seem to have an issue with other boards. I know Pete isn't liked but at least he doesn't keep starting posts like these.

You seem like a well balanced intelligent chap H but surely you have noticed the constant references from elsewhere to free tickets,free POTY tickets,free gold pins and in fact anything the club could give away to fans including hard cash to certain fans for alledgedly supporting the enemy which some believe the board of the directors to be and in that I include Flavio and Bernie let alone Paladini

Its not the occasional post from some oddball but a constant barrage from regular posters which is never challanged for any factual evidence by the admim or mods which may lead some to believe there is a campaign to make some mud stick

May I suggest that your very reasonable comment that this should all end also extends to your pals elsewhere and that you perhaps request the same there?

I know you wont believe it but it is extremely rare indeed these days that other sites are referred to on here but if anything one man in particular is cranking up the gears so much I reckon his head will explode soon as he seems so full of hate and yet dig after dig just continues and even if no response is recieved the thread will simply be bumped up by himself until someone agrees with him which is hardly a surprise

Yes I bite too much but I called for a truce a few days ago which unfortunately fell on deaf ears but was not a surprise

A question I posed on here a week or so ago was repeated on another site complete with what a "dumbass" comment purely to keep the hate fire stoked despite the feel good factor amoungst the fans having gained promotion

The question in case you or anyone happened to miss it was

If it was Amit that was found to have been involved in the actions which the FA found us guilty of would fans want him out or would we be prepared to forgive and forget?

I still think its a pretty reasonable question but one of the mods elsewhere decided to post it on his own site purely to gain the reaction he wanted and of course it worked as his pals all jumped in to ridicule it

No big deal of course and I never lost any sleep over it but it all works both ways of course and a saintly code of conduct can be preached every other day but the words are not worth Jack **** if it is the mods who choose to pick and choose when to apply them

Would you care to explain what that is meant to mean? Are you perhaps suggesting that anyone who disagrees with you is perhaps being told to do so by someone else? Do you really have that low an opinion of other R's fans??? I could probably put a smiley here, but I don't think there is an appropriate one for this kind of thing......

You seem to have mentioned lots of stuff that has been mentioned on other boards, I can't understand why, perhaps it has hit a nerve. The one thing you will notice is that even though I disagree with a lot of stuff on this site (perhaps you would be better served voicing your opposition to this than to other things (just my opinion)) and have even been banned before for disagreeing with the sites owner I am still willing to respond to your comments on this site. I still feel that you would do best to respond to these supposed slights on the MB they were raised on......

Not that Isleworth needs any help defending himself from me, but the problem with raising issues like this on the site in question, whichever one it happens to be, is that any comment that he may make is more than likely to be roundly attacked by those petty enough to do such things, making the situation descend into farce.

Nice to see people from other places posting on here, particularly when even though disagreeing, having the good manners not to resort to the usual mud slinging. It makes their views and opinions that much more worthy of respect.

Honest answers only please and no guessing or speculation but has anyone on here ever recieved a free season ticket at QPR or ever heard of anyone ever receiving one which they no as a fact that this has happened?

I used to be a tray boy at QPR so had one free for a few years. That Rodney owes me a packet of smiths crisps which he swiped outta my tray when they came outta the tunnel !!

i had a free one from around the age of 7 to about 14.but that said me old man did pay for near enough everything back then ! i think me late uncle reg had a free one for something he did to do with buying up shares in rangers back in the 60s and he had that every year from the club till that slaaag thompson revoked it.
