Just adding fuel to the fire of speculation created by the media but here are the odds of where a certain few players will play next season:
Ones of significance:
We're fourth favourites to sign Michael Owen, behind Brighton, Southampton and Leicester @ 6/1
We're favourites
to sign Matthew Upson @ 4/1
And we're joint second favourites to sign Carlton Cole @ 5/1
Would have all three of them here without doubt. Does make you laugh though, interesting to see the bookies are prepared to put their money where their mouth is. General odds circulating have us seen to be expected to do better than many established prem clubs including west brom, newcastle, sunderland and blackburn next season which is nice.
