Cook and Rowlands epitomise QPR for me, along with Gallen, Bircham and Ainsworth in recent times.
If you think that they were treated fairly than fair enough, but it made me cringe to see hulse and Vaggen Moen on the stand with Warnock, when Cook and Rowlands never got the chance.
How long as Rowlands been at this club? What did cook do for us?
Short memories and all that
I know its business and not really football, but like many I'm a bit more loyal.

Do you really think they could do a job in the PL? If you do who else do we bring back?
Would rather trust NW, after all he got us back up, and didn't feel the need to call on Rowly or Cookie.

I;m saying the treatment of them was shambolic.

i would have liked to see Cookie given a chance..his goal(no pun intended)was to play in the Prem for QPR.As has been said,he didnt have the best medical treatment from the club whcih contributed to his continued absence.Apparently he is now properly fit for the 1st time in ages and has been looking good in training.there's also the £250k he waived for the sake ofthe club
And why is it that people assume that you have to be at the level of Rooney/Ronaldo to play in the Prem.Did anybody look at Ian Evatt when he was with us and think "hmm..he could hold is own in the Prem"(i actually thought he was half decent )look at some of the players who are at the likes of Stoke,Fulham,Blackburn,Newcastle,Bolton...etc..are they all world beaters...i'm sure Cookie could do a job..Fulham thought so when they bought him...i guess you have to trust the judgment of NW..but even the likes of Fergie and Wenger get it wrong(both have bought real stinkers when dabbling in the transfer market)
i also find it amusing that some become misty eyed romantics when talking about the game,in referance to players/wages and the attitude of owners to fans...how we hate a club or the game in general being referred to as a product..but when it suits us,all of a sudden.... it's.... " a business" at the end of the day and "theres no room for sentiment"
