He was ok but nowhere near what he is capable off or what we have seen from him.

The injury really did pretty much put paid to his season last year, it was pretty much an injury of a broken leg but without the actual leg break.
I shall be seeing Darren tomorrow night at our Player of the Year awards, havent seen him for a while, and will ask him if he is looking to move on or likely too.

On his day, especially in the Championship, Ambrose is a class act and we are certainly hoping that if he does remain with us and injury free he will be a major player for us next season.

We need another level of player in the Prem I'm afraid.

Oh me oh my, if we actually spend any money these coming months, then it won't be a figure that is required to lure away players which will cost - in their clubs eyes - £3m +, which in my opinion, since Ambrose signed a new contract, Palace will ask for that and probably some....

I love being wrong and it seems to happen too often for my liking, but I can not see us spending a penny more than £2m on any individual player and no more than £5m in total, which would acquire maybe 3 players at most.

If Warnock believes for one minute that Helguson, Hulse and Agyemang can score enough goals to keep us up then I'll have sex with Pete at the end of the season. Also, although Derry and Hill played well last season, does he really believe that they have the legs - let alone the ability - to keep us in the Prem? Orr at right back in the Prem? He was barely good enough in the Championship.

Hopefully we will sell, release or loan out for the season players like; Hulse, Agyemang, Rowlands, Cook, Ramage, Moen, Borrowdale, Leigertwood, Clarke, Tofas and anyone else of their ilk and replace them with better players, but it would cost a fortune so it won't happen.

Out of this squad, of which we need to make a 25 man squad, is staying?

        1 GK Paddy Kenny
        2 DF Bradley Orr
        3 DF Clint Hill
        4 MF Shaun Derry
        5 DF Fitz Hall
        7 FW Adel Taarabt
        9 FW Heišar Helguson
        10 MF Įkos Buzsįky
        11 MF Alejandro Faurlķn
        12 FW Jamie Mackie
        13 DF Kaspars Gorkšs
        14 MF Martin Rowlands
        15 DF Matthew Connolly
        16 MF Lee Cook
        17 FW Patrick Agyemang
        18 FW Rob Hulse
        19 MF Tommy Smith
        20 DF Peter Ramage
        21 MF Petter Vaagan Moen
        22 GK Radek Černż
        23 MF Hogan Ephraim
        24 DF Gary Borrowdale
        25 MF Romone Rose
        26 GK Elvijs Putniņš
        27 FW Antonio German
        28 MF Bruno Andrade
        29 MF Georgios Tofas
        30 DF Michael Harriman
        31 FW Troy Hewitt

It will take a few loans, freebies and 3 or 4 acquisitions to replace the dross that needs to go.

Oh, sorry about the size - something I say to my missus all the time.

Now we are in the premiership we need to be looking at a much higher quality player, otherwise we are going to struggle next season.

AMBROSE IS COMPLETE CRAP,WE WANT CLYNE AND DANNS

Only 14 of our players are worth keeping.... rest need to move on!!

23 MF Hogan Ephraim (maybe keep)

15 players above I would keep.

Kenny, Ali, Adel, only ones I would use as regular starters, rest squad and rotation / cover players

                        yes

well i think the make or break of qpr will be the four players who we put in front of our six man defence,i think routledge will be player of next season and play for the full england team ,he now knows he needs a blue and white hooped shirt to excell,im sad to say i dont think we can keep adel

not happy with carlton cole, theres nothing worse than a center forward who keeps hitting the ball high over the cross bar

Not saying it is the best side.... but trying to be realistic.... and also believe in Warnock he can bring the best out in players..... hence why I think cole is an affordable option and warnock will work his magic on him..... no way will we spend 10m on a striker so we will need to take some gambles....
