Says he has met the board , they are all happy with the achievments so far and they are all looking to improve the squad for next year . He is working hard behind the scenes already . The club accepts that its the silly season for rumours and thay take no notice !
He doesn't mention budgets etc which is a good thing .. why let our opponents how much we intend to spend ????
For me this is all good stuff irrespective of how the Mittal /FB/BE saga plays out ..
NW is his own man and he does things his way ...if this was not the case or the club reneged on assurances or agreements then he would walk .. FACT !!
The fact he is coming out with the above words has to be a positive !!
The bottom line is NW will be OUR manager next year and he has clearly been given the assurances he was seeking for the board backing him and allowing him to take the club forward ..
To my mind it is fairly irrelevant to us mere mortals (with the exception on the ST level of pricing)who is the major shareholder at our club because if NW is happy with the set up then thats more than good enough for me .
Also just goes to show the utter s h i t e that the likes of the sun and mail print just for a bit of gossip
Now can we put all this negativitry to one side and get on with some good old fashioned transfer rumours which is the reason I signed up for this site in the first place !!!!
