One of the LFW posters is responsible. He works in the music venue business. He got the shirt with Snoop Dog on the back from the club and gave it to Snoop, who put it on during the performance.

As said on LFW it's on his rider that he has to have the local teams sports shirt to wear on stage...just a coincidence the promoter was a QPR fan rather than any other London side.

Remember reading that his sons play little league 'football' so he spent $250,000 on a customised bus to take the team to games.
