Bernie wants out, Flav has first refusal in his shares though so anyone wanting to buy out Bernie has to buy out Flav at the same time

To answer the second part think all depends on flavios ego can be bought, as reported earlier in the week think he wants some stake in the club.
Believe or not flavio loves Qpr and can't tear himself away from it, had the money on the table 10 months ago and bottled it

Seem to be a few who think BE cannot sell the shares he bought from Flav as Flav has first refusal to repurchase.

I'm not ITK, however my understanding of first refusal is that if BE wants to sell or receives an offer, he would give Flav the opportunity to match the offer, and if Flav does not take up that offer, BE can then sell to anyone he wishes.

That being the case, I'd be hugely surprised if Flav has the money to repurchase those shares. If he still has a small shareholding, then fine, let him keep it, it wouldn't make any difference to a majority shareholder doing what they wished going forward.

My fear is even though Flav and Bernie have spent millions, we might be hit hard on season ticket prices if they stay put

Personally, think the less owners we have the better. It makes them more accountable. At the moment we have difficulty knowing who's ideas are who's and who to congratulate and who to blame accordingly from sponsorship deals, new badge ideas, season ticket prices, player budgets etc.

Bernies Barnet, you could be right but I'm guessing the reason for the board meetings is a difference of opinion of how things move forward and pretty confident as i said before it wil lead to an either or situation.

Mittal or Flavio and bernie, not all 3 or even 2 Mittal and Flavio.

I really hope mittals get full control, but i don't think they will and we will have flavio lingering in the background for a while! Our biggest hope should be that mittlas at least get controlling share and maybe enough to put their hands in their pockets!!!

Probably need to don my tin hat but I don't have a problem with ticket prices going up within reason as long as the board is also digging deep to buy better players. Worried by Warno's interview in the Standard tho' as think under Bernie/ Flavio we cd have high prices with relatively little transfer spending and that, at a stroke, would take away a lot of the goodwill and optimism that has built up this season.
