  • QPR United

    Our support is so divided and split on many issues. Whether it's members sniping at one another on the same or different forums;
    Anti-GP vs pro GP; booing fellow fans who are celebrating team success by running on the pitch; different mobs not getting together at bermondsey; fans fighting fellow R's at games; some saying they are more loyal than others; new fans not made welcome blah blah blah. And so it goes on.

    If we want to have great support we need to unite but it'll never happen for so many reasons. What a shame.

      Yeah manchester united.

      No jokes aside I would say Liverpool fans are very united.
      I played sunday league football today.

      Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

      I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

      We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

        I think even at Liverpool there have been split opinions over the years. I recall the "in Rafa we trust" brigade coming to verbal blows with the "rafa out" lot on numerous occassions. They had similar disorder over the appointment and subsequent sacking of Woy if I recall.

        Still, it is fair to say there are 2 things that they are together on = Kenny is the messiah and the Sun is poison - so at least they are a million miles ahead of us in theunity stakes.

              Have to agree, half time at Barnsley was a joke just because a fellow R had a northern accent. Not the 1st time either.

                    Just because people support the same team does not mean they have a divine right to get on -this is human nature we are dealing with here, and supporting the same team is a very tenuous thread on which to base a civil relationship.

                        It is a shame that us R's aren't united, guess that is something that will never happen, shame really
                        I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles

                          I think there's "united" and a "mutual understanding". some of us would want to spend millions, some would want us to grow from grass roots. Some would agree with a move to a massive stadium, some would want to stay where we are.
                          What is for sure is that we all want to see us succeed in the Premiership and we all want to be a successful team. if we differ on opions on a forum, that's fine, we'll all back our 11 men on the pitch. as long as the debates happen here and not in the board room i'm more than happy to exchange views!
