There's always lots of press coverage and debate about season tickets in football. Part of me thinks that some cynical clubs issue a handful of season tickets for a silly price, say tuppence-ha'penny whilst the other 99% of their STs cost over a £grand. In this scenario with season tickets available "from tuppence-ha'penny" they appear to be the cheapest in the land.
A fairer indicator would be to see the average price of all STs on sale at a club (but that figure never get shown/published).

I personally expect the most expensive season ticket to be around 850.

Think of it like this, if we are taking gate receipts that other clubs do with 25k capacities what would the board do if they built a new ground? I think our Board would probably think I bet we could match gate receipts of clubs with 35k capacities.Win or lose, on the booze

The real problem with our season tickets is that for a few years now, they haven't really offed much in the way of a match by match saving, making them very expensive. Gold as an example, 23 games at £30 = £690. Last seasons ST price = £599. Thats just a little under £4 a game saving. Pitiful really.
Also, how do u know our overheads are the same as clubs outside of London? Do players get more money for being based in London. The staff will get paid more that the equivalent at Norwich for example. The policing costs would be higher. Everything costs more hence my initial post.

That's why the argument: "You don't come from Chelsea" never really stands up because no-one can afford to live there apart from exceptionally wealthy foreigners and toffs.
