Everything in London costs more. Reading might not be far but if u moved my house to Reading it would be worth half a much..
That is not strictly true. Hampshire, Berkshire (where Reading is) and Surrey are all very expensive too.
Fulham is in London isn't it and they are far cheaper than us when they were a division above. Our prices are out of synch considering the facilities.
London clubs have exploited the catchment they have. Arsenal, Spurs and Chelsea are all very guilty of that.

You pay double in a good part of London than a good part of Berkshire. That's not opinion it's a fact. Fulham are cheaper because they have had to build a fanbase over the last 10 years. Have u seen the offers in the Metro and Standard offering silly cheap tickets. They are deeply in debt too. Perhaps they should take a leaf out of our book and put prices up. I would rather pay more and know we were not going to go under if your owners bailed. Perhaps that's just me though.
Back on topic, Readings prices are about the same as Fulhams. Does that mean Readings tickets are expensive or Fulhams are cheap?
I think Reading's tickets do represent decent value if in the Prem yes. It is a great facility. Fulham are cheap.
I understand fully that London has some very expensive areas, it also has a lot of areas that are very similar to where I live, which is also very expensive, but closer to Reading than LR.

The average house price in Chelsea is now over 2 mil -- Crazy!
The problem lies at the feet of our grounds capacity. As we will have no more than 10K plus season ticket holders and a mixture of members and pay on the day tickets totaling a maximum of 18.5k the club needs to charge more than the average to produce a decent stream of revenue.
I personally expect the most expensive season ticket to be around 850.
