This is just it. It's so easy to look at it that way, but it's a bit like having tunnell vision...Not seeing the full picture, etc.

A player like Cole on £100k per week...Get's injured for6-8 months. His wage would continue to cripple us for no return. If we give him that, Adel will want a big rise, as will many others. Every other player we attract will know we're willing to throw money away, and it'll be expected.

If the owners then get bored...We're in trouble. Who's gonna want to buy a club with a small ground, and an enourmouse wage structure?

Seriously mate. I like your ideas on where we should aim for, but it's a crazy idea.

Just my opinion, but one I believe we should try and adhere to for now.

Running before we can walk, springs to mind.
    Your mum would love me...

After watching Alan Sugars program, I hope we follow his recommendations. Also, established prem teams like Bolton and Stoke arn't breaking the bank with stupid wages, so why should we.

none of us knows the extent of their ambition, and the club is spectacularly bad at giving the fans any indication. but they were quite happy to take three years to get out of the championship, doesn't suggest to me they are in a crazy hurry to do an abramovich or even a fayed.

All this talk about the Mittals, maybe we should wait and see if they buy BE and FB out before spending their cash

Well the board did say they wanted champions league. If they did want champions league, these are the kind of players we should be looking for at the very least,as the top 4 squads are very strong.

                    Jenas and Naughton WOW!

Cole could rebuild his football here and a loan is ideal
                    Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                    And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Kieran Westwood and Marlon King are out of contract in the summer. I know a lot of people will say no to King, and I understand why, but both are decent players. Westwood would be a great understudy to Kenny, and I would feel confident with him coming in if Kenny was injured, whereas at the moment, I wouldn't be happy with Cerny playing second fiddle

don't rate Jenas full stop. Cole of old, yes, but he has lost his way and it would be a massive gamble, Bullard and Graham much better value for money and would put in a shift unlike those two lightweights
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble
Into the arms I love the most

People saying Jenas isn't good enough must be having a LAUGH - not convinced it would be a good move for the club all round with wages etc but there is absolutely no doubt that a player with CL experience at the age of 28 would improve our team

Westwood is a good shout but as previously stated many times by lots of people, MK is vermin and I wouldn't want that odious misogynist anywhere near my beloved QPR.....

No mate, you don't understand - apparently Shaun Derry is streets ahead because he is a "battler"....
