Seriously though, QPR's targets could be Naughton, Bougharra, Bowyer, O'Hara, Borini, Graham. I am stuck on realistic CB choices though.

I've got a feeling he might make a move for Jose Fonte as he had him at Palace. This doesn't mean I think it would be a particularly good move, but there are rumours that Pardew wants to take Fonte to Newcastle. He's been playing in Championship and League One but while I'm at uni I've been working at the Saints store so I've got to go to a few home matches and he's above and beyond their best player. I think he could just about cut the prem.

Bullard ffs people the bloke is shot. He will not leave Hull City as hes on 45k a week with an increment that goes up after every 15 games played. He has about 2years left and has no interest in leaving.

Even on loan Hull want 60% of his wages paying. Stay well clear.

Good post, but for some strange reason would not disclude Robbie Keane.

We have rich owners but quite rightly they will be prudent in players wages and take this one step at a time. We don't want to end up like Portsmouth.

Realistically we should be looking at players that have looked prem class in the Champ this year.
Me personally would love to sign Max Gradel, D.Graham, Luke Chambers, Kyle Naughton and Jay Bothroyd (only if free).
Then maybe add a few players like Bowyer for one season, Karl Henry, Cleverly, James McCarthy etc..

Football is played all over the world and there must be some fantastic players out there who are capable of holding their own in the prem. I'm not talking about superstars who go to the mugs, players like Adel should be out there. I remember the African Nations cup and spotted some amazing players so i googled em and found they were playing in some Arab and Romanian teams !

I've mentioned Keane before (see others now jumping aboard on that one ) - he's similar to Bellamy in that, yes he's expensive, but brings with him enormous commercial benefits that off set a number of costs and bring greater exposure to the club/brand to markets it wouldn't normally reach.

keane 2 years past his best , why totenham want rid of him even though their strikers hardly scored this season bet he doesnt lower wage expectations though, rather spend th emoney on solid signings,

Totally agree Morris. Although I'd imagine talks have started serious negotiations won't happen IMO until after the play offs/relegation then we will target those players. We won't be signing big name players but we will wait and see which teams are in which division for instance I'd assume if Cardiff don't go up we will go after Boothroyd and Whittingham but if they do go up then our targets will change.
