Paladini must have no dealings in signing players.
This should be down to Warnock and perhaps a more experienced Chief Executiveb and or Club Secretary should be appointed.
Derry/Hill/Mackie/Kenny would of all been NW signings. As would the rest.
I agree GP shouldn't be involved in sorting out fee's and contracts, though.

Transfers and registrations in the PL are a different kettle of fish with the 25 man named squad effective 1/9 - 31/12 and 1/2 - 31/5.

Heres some context for you....
Ben Kosky - loved by and likes GP & Ian Taylor and IMHO has been both GPs and the clubs mouth piece many a time
Dave Mc - disliked by and dislikes GP & Ian Taylor and IMHO has been one of the fairest, most balanced journalist close to QPR for many a year (not that I always agree with him)
New dawn/new day/new Press and Media strategy (influenced by the Mittals) comes into place/start rolling out and we get the first ever negative piece from Kosky. (as his preferential treatment has ended)
All allegedly of course but until now I've pretty much ignored anything Bens written as i know where its come from. This shouts of biting the hand that fed him and has now buggered him off if you ask me.
Just a little insight on QPR and our local media relations. As I said, agree with him or not, for a balanced view - albeit he hardly gets any "exclusives" it would seem would be Dave Mc for me.

Cannot for the life of me see why my opinion would be of particular interest to anybody, however, seeing as you've asked and in an attempt to clarify my stance, (as someone thinks that being a mod on this board means I need to share a particular point of view), it is this:
I am neither particularly pro nor anti GP, due to not having the relevant facts at my disposal to form such an opinion. It may well appear to some that I am very much pro him, but I feel that has been assumed by you and others because I've voiced my concerns previously, that he should like anybody else, be spared punishment for anything until such time as being proved to have done something wrong. I should add that if that were the case, then of course he should be held accountable.
In all honesty though, I do feel that even if he is found to be blameless, there is now a case for him to depart due to the need for us to have someone "top notch" performing whatever duties he is responsible for, although that begs another question itself, ie What does he do ?
As someone else pointed out, if it were yourself or me at the centre of all this, we may be treated far more favourably by certain fellow fans due to being fans virtually all our lives.
I know you are not his biggest fan, but I respect the way that you are at least putting your case fairly as opposed to some who just toss insults around. Good to see.
On that point, maybe you could answer a question that I have. Not trying to be clever or confrontational, but just intrigued. Some while ago, as you know there was a story going around that GP was receiving cash payments for transfers. A figure per transaction was even referred to at the time. What I have never been able to understand, is that if there were any truth in it at all, then where is the proof? Just one bit would do in order for me to join the "GP Out" brigade. What I find even more confusing, is that as this accusation was widely mooted, why have the FA not concentrated on something so serious as opposed to what may account to either a clerical error or genuine misunderstanding. And do you know what Terry? If I had the proof or evidence, I would come forward with it. Why haven't others, I wonder? Fair comment, wouldn't you agree?

Story done? I know, probably too conspiracy theory-ist, but you never know!Last edited by Guest; 11-05-2011, 01:29 PM.

You sound like you have an agenda?
You calling "agenda" is pot calling kettle black.
Really no point harping on about Paladini on this forum... He will however get what's coming to him in the end I'm sure.

I will never be convinced that Tofas, Chimbonda and Vaagen-Moen had ANYTHING to do with Warnock. Chimbonda one being the most questionable.
Could it be because like any other team in the country, you get players that don't work.
By the way, Leon Clarke wasn;t Warnocks choice either
Reality is Warnock is in charge of all players that came this season, just ask Ledesma.ALL BEST BANTER AND ALL THE LATEST FROM QPR.

You obviously haven't been reading my posts over the last few days...
QPR FC is more important to me than getting a shirt of GP.
