    on bbc 2 last night
amazing that prem clubs owe, OWE £3.3BN and counting
    and still are in business
    despite tv revenue, sponsorship etc
the game is drained by wages and agents fees...madness

it can only change and be gotten hold of with a maximum wage or rules of a budget per club, per lge

he spoke to managers, agents, players, owners an d it was quite interesting

qpr face the prem lge, as a club with small capacity do we gamble and get further in debt to compete
or try and work within a budget and hope for a strong squad mentality???

i just don't want to be say 5 or 10 yrs down the line and be £100ms in debt and protesting again, facing admin and all what we have just left behind!!
not a moan, seems inevitable unless we get a dave whelan/wigan type who has bankrolled £100m of a personal fortune at his loss/cost and not saddled the club with the debts/loans.

i cant believe he took an hour to come to the conclusion that players wages are too high and the key factor in clubs going into debt.no sh*t Sir Alan!!!!

With our current capacity I would rather use the Prem money to pay off our debt, even if that means we go down. Being in the championship debt free with some parachute money would be a great situation.

But if we intend to spend, then it's across the whole club. New 40k ground and players to keep us in the Prem, guaranteed, doing it half hearted is no good.

      - spend a minimum amount and clear debts
      - massive spend on infrastructure to make us a bigger club
