  • What would you think if boot was on other foot?

Some clubs and fans have been fine but others very against our supposedly 'getting off.'

If it was us in third place genuinely don't think I would want club above to get a points deduction for something like this. Unless something can be shown to give a club a competitive advantage points deductions should not come into it as a punishment. The people that would be penalised are the fans and players.

Our promotion was decided on the pitch which was right. Just stinks of sour grapes and complete lack of class. Enjoy the play offs losers!

It would have been if they had come third.

I would not want to get a leg up because another team were docked points unless they really cheated on the pitch - like that south american team that drugged the away team at half time, but got the dose wrong and they all started collapsing!

They know how to really cheat in South America.

The Club's (and media outlets and other ill informed speculators) who are decrying our "fine" and no points, simply didn't bother to inform themselves about the charges, the precedents and range of punishments. They just relied on red top headlines and feel cheated that they didn't get the story.

Remember - Guilty verdict = mass media frenzy, various ex pro's being PAID for their comments and opinio.

Not guilty verdict = no story aside from some more poking at the FA.

I'm sure there'd be a feeling of disappointment, but as I struggle to see how this third party ownership by itself gives an advantage on the pitch, I'd accept that my team wasn't good enough to get up automatically and get on with things.

But then again, I was born in England!

I don't know how I'd feel. I don't particularly want to think about it.

If I was a Cardiff fan I'd be more pissed off with Jones for the way his team collapsed at the end of the season rather than his whingeing about QPR.

If I was the FA I'd wonder why Cardiff and Swansea aren't governed under FA rules, because then they'd stop ****ing whining.

And if I was Forest, I'd thank **** that they were in the play-offs in the first place after being crap from December to April.

Anyway - **** 'em. We won, they didn't.
