On a £600.00 ticket an increase of say 20% will bring the ticket to £720.00

on a per games bases that will be an increase of around 42%.

So when some say 25% on last years tickets could be almost 50% increase on per game basis.

Someone quoting 25% is also on line with some one quoting 50%


So i think people should quote per game basis so it is compareable.

I hope you are right but I have a feeling there will be tears and tantrums when they announce them.

People will no doubt moan about 'loyal fans being mugged, but if we want PL football, we've got to pay PL wages. We can't do that with 18,000 fans paying ticket prices at our current costs. It's not the way to keep the club in business, nor in the PL.

We'll happily pay Utd, Liverpool, Spurs etc £40-50 to got to theirs, but we'll moan paying that to entertain them at ours.

That's the right attitude mate. Surely we cannot object to handing our club similar amounts to what we are prepared to give to others.

The only way I can see this not happening is if the owners, now that there is the opportunity to generate revenue from all over the world,(and I suspect they have a fair idea of how to do this), decide that the matchday revenue for now at least, is not going to in itself be anywhere near enough to cover costs and therefore are considerate enough to "go easy" on us.

Hands up who didn't bother completing the online S/T questionaire the club sent out 2 months ago ? (discounting all those that didn't get one)

On that they asked us what size of increase would be deemed fair.
There was no option to vote for keeping the same (bearing in mind the Premiership Cash Cow - Like Burnley and other teams have done before us)
There was no option of a reduced price (bearing in mind 20% less games)

So inevitably, prices WILL rise.
I've seen no feedback on which % increase was most popular response (althoguh I suspect the lowest on offer 5-10%) but I imagine it will be referred to when annoucing next seasons prices, along with the usual spin and a reference to the VAT increase, which they'll say they've absorbed for the last 6 months......

Mine's Gold, was £600, I suspect will be £700 for a renewal or £750-£800 for new applicants. My Son's will probably jump from £200 to £300.
Which all means Away games maybe few and far between next season, which is a real shame. I'll have to pick and chose a select few.

Ominously no mention of an early bird option on the Offish today, which I'm sure they promised to re-introduce a year or two ago.

will be no chance of early bird this year, they only put them in to try and get people to buy season tickets when dithering, demand will be massive so need to offer unfortunately , for the record expect about 25% price increase

When we compare ourselves to Spurs and Arsenal looking at their ticket prices why don`t we do the same with Fulham prices? For years and years everybody could buy ST for Craven Cottage for only £ 279.00 (early bird offer), £ 299.00 !!!
Amit will come out and say: After very careful consideration and all new demands and circumstances as a Premier League club (different level, the highest level in English football, etc.) - bla bla bla, we had no choice but to increase our ticket prices with xx %... Same scenario every year!

Silver - £675 (£35 a game)
Gold - £825 (£43 a game)
Plainum - £975 (£51 a game)

Like bennyboys said - if we want to have the pleasure of watching Arsenal grace our pitch, be able to abuse Terry and Lampard from 2 foot away for 90 minutes, abuse Spurs for having no real premiership class strikers...sorry crouch. And see the likes of Gerrard etc etc in front of us well..we gotta pay..cat a and cat b games methinks with circa £40 for a CAT a and circa £35 for a Cat B with STs working out about £35 a game on average I reckon is about right

I agree to that pricing but now factor in the bronze, silver gold & platinum pricing structure on top of that, or are you suggesting they are getting rid of them.

I know it was being discussed. VIP n W12 aside, they were looking at how things used to be X for a seat in X stand. Then with a few Cat A games lobbed in such as Pool, ManYOO, **** etc.

Brace yourselves for a big increase.

Asd has already been pointed out, QPR cannot compete at this level with gates of 18,000 and charge 600 for Gold ST.

Any new good standard players, will want more than £15K pw. If QPR use Blackpool's method of no player on more than £10K, QPR will end up in the bottom 3.

I think QPR will charge approx:

£600 (£31) - Bronze
£700 (£36) - Silver
£800 (£42) - Gold
£900 (£47) - Platinum

The issue is renewal price against new season ticket price.

£700 renewals for gold is the maximum of reasonable, keep in mind we get min 37m next season +significant increased sponsorship plus the Mittals make in one day enough to run the club for a season

That is all right for you to spout on about it comes with the territory, we are not a plastic club with plastic fans the club must show loyalty to all season ticket holders who have supported the club over the dark years in division 2 for example. Spurs tickets start at £30.00 the cheapest and at Manchester united you can get a ticket for as little as £25.00. I take it you can afford it the way you post? One day you might not and then your be singing a different tune.
You watch the club will spend peanuts on players and we will end up paying top dollar for the privilege..............

the club need to be careful not to go ott on the prices, if we do come back down we wont be selling as many, lets hope loyalty is rewarded but i doubt it, paladini hardly comes across as loyal, caring, honest .
