  • Swansea demand answers from FA...

Hang on a sec, they don't even come under the control of the FA... Who the **** do they think they are demanding answers from the FA!
I hope they get stuffed in the playoff now..

Swansea will contact the FA as they vow to 'fight all the way' to make sure QPR have been sufficiently punished for breaking rules in relation to Alejandro Faurlin's signing.
    We got our Ranger's back!

      Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
      And many more mistakes

'The build-up does not seem to have fitted the punishment and everyone is wondering what all the fuss is about. That's what I find strange.'

Well that's because you believed what you read in the Sun
18th August 2011. The day we got our Rangers back

Just to clarify a couple of things before people start slashing their wrists again about this!

The club has absolutely no case to answer, in fact the fine imposed was actually far more than the charge warranted really...just the FA wanting to get back some of their legal costs, but it will be accepted because everyone is glad that it's all over.

No other club has any grounds to appeal the decision or sue QPR for financial compensation. Swansea City are just wasting their time and money by clutching at straws like this. They should concentrate on the play offs because they deservedly finished in THIRD place and will be receiving a grand total of **** all from QPR!

Correct. The FA's decison is an ( absolute) administrative discretion and it is not challengeable by a third party and not subjectto judicial review.

But Paladini said: 'All this talk is nonsense. While I am here, Neil will not be going anywhere. All the investors want to keep him.
'I want this to go on record - and if he does go then you can call me a liar. There's no chance he will be going anywhere.'

                There you go then.......

Why are Swansea City asking answers from the FA?

In that case, every club English penalised when Bellamy or Williams have one of their many suspensions overturned by the FAW can demand answers from them.

                    Be honest with yourself.

We'd probably want to ask a few questions too if we were in their position.

I might be alone in this, but I hope they win the play-offs.

Nothing to do with this non-story, but they deserve it because they finished 3rd, played very good football, Brendan Rodgers has been pretty decent all season..... and it would *destroy* Cardiff to see Swansea go up.

Yeah, they're "Welsh" but I'm a Cardiff hater, not a Welsh hater.
Reading FC, Billy Davies, or Cardiff City FC?? No thanks.

Plus, I honestly think Swansea would be the least able to compete(£) in the PL.

Me too, cos that's the result that would pi$$ Cardiff of the most!

Swansea are the lesser of the 4 possible evils. Would be wanting Forest if not for the odious "one more player" Davies.
