  • Pitch invasion

There are threads about this on dotorg and Loft for Words.

I thought the 'fans' who invaded during the lap of honour were selfish, glory-seeking ******s.

Any selfish, glory-seeking ******s fancy defending themselves?

Went on at final whistle and again after players had gone off. Why the booing? every teams supporters do it.

Must admit it did **** me off that Adel seemed to want too hog the trophy all the time. Plus the fact the trophy was not paraded too the loft end, as the muppets from the other end of the ground decided to invade again!

Sit in the Lower Loft on the central ailse. Loads of invaders (presumably from the upper Loft) started to crowd the gangway from about the 80th minute so it was pretty obvious it was going to happen.

As far as I am concerned fans who have put up with so many years of **** following the club up and down the country deserved their few minutes on the pitch and cleared off it in time for the presentation. I personally did not go on until after the presentation, but that was because I had my two kids with me.

Didn't go on pitch personally, but I find it amazing we boo fans that went on the pitch first time around.

We've been waiting years for this moment.

All other club supporters do it and I've even seen them do it against us in previous seasons.

Saying that, second time around no need for it and Bradley Orr for one who was holding his young child was really shook up. I managed to get down to the tunnel right at the end just before the second charge of fans and have to say when you have fans charging towards to you it is quite frightening.

Shame that only the players could only get half way around.

I went on, thought it was more ridiculous booing to be honest! As has been said the trophy was always going to be presented and I didn't see any fans causing trouble or resiting when the stewards cleared the pitch so that then presentation could take place!

Had never been on the pitch before and as sad as it might sound it was an ambition of mine so if you think it was selfish and that I'm a ****** for doing so I couldn't really care less! I enjoyed myself!

Yes we have so it was a shame fans in SAR weren't able to see the trophy paraded and the lap of honour because of the glory hunters.

If fans are booing doesn't that say something?

the only thing that ****ed me off a bit was the cup wasnt shown properly to the loft end, i thought the players should have brought it right up close , i was a bit dissapointed to be honest and yes i went on the pitch when all the players had gone off it was fantastic!!
