Marc, don't take this the wrong way, but what you are saying sounds like the sort of thing we would say if we were talking about Chelsea or Brentford, not what a supporter should be saying about his own club.

I know where you're coming from to a degree - some of these interviews are littered with cliches and it can sometimes leave you wondering if the players really mean it, but in that Vine interview he sounds like he really does mean it.

Don't forget both Rowlands and Vine are around the club at the moment, trying to get fit ahead of pre-season. It makes sense for the club to use their availabilty to (a) encourage season ticket sales and (b) have something to put on the website in this news-starved time period.

Seriously, can people stop trying to fuel negativity, and maybe for a change SUPPORT rather than tear down??

Edit: One other point, has anyone thought about the possibility that ST sales are slow because the renewal period was early this year. Maybe people are still getting the money together??? Or maybe people are away?

ye but its soo obvious with the amount of articles praising magilton now that the board are backing up there decision big time. Now if they are so sure about this appointment should they be having to big up the appointment?
Season ticket sales are low and JM as manager wont help. The board are panicking

But don't we always get player feedback when a new manager is appointed?

Club gets knocked for not updating the website and knocked for updating it.

Its a BS interview yes, as are all the qpr world interviews. But we have as much chance of a QPR World interview not spouting the party line as we do Pete not doing the same ;D

I dont know what you expect? The seasons finished so they have to put something up there, they cant just leave the PNE report up for 10 weeks.

My irritation stems not from the Magilton appointment but from the BS language used in such meaningless filler articles. "Relishing life under Magilton"?? FFS the man was only appointed a couple of days ago. The article REEKS of the kind of pointless generic feelgood stuff they printed in the Pravda newspaper when I was a kid growing up in the Soviet Union.
