There was a short clip of him on late 5 live sports bulletin last night. Very supportive of our case, said we deserved to be champions, that we'd been by far and away the best team in the division and that we'd been really consistent and had a great defence.
I didn't expect that, sometimes support comes from where you least expect it. He said some nice things. Also nice that he attributes our success to consistency and a good defence rather than saying we are a "one man team".
Seems to me the majority of people who are supportive of us are those inside the game, players, managers etc. Those who are having a pop are mostly journos looking for airtime.
