...And Premier League will do the same I think as they will say: Listen everybody, don`t put this load on our shoulders because at the time this happened QPR was in the Football League. Sorry but we can`t do anything about that. They were not Premier League team at that time so therefore we close this case immediatelly!"

If it ends at the whistle and the case is passed to the PL - when will they start looking into it? Could they start once the season has begun?
From what I know is that teams starting with - points have had it told to them prior to the end of that current season.

All of this supports the comments made by Simon Jordan in his Talksport interview the other day (link was on here).

Not only did he slam the clueless duo generally, but he also mentioned Peter Sudamore wants nothing to do with it.... Keys then said "It's nothing to do with him as he runs the premier league, and this is a football league issue"..... Jordan then jumped in saying no, he doesn't want it to become his issue when they land in the prem, which is what will happen as the FA have got nothing on QPR, becasue he feels we've done nothing wrong.

In that case, i can't see them doing much at all to be honest. If it happens, the sheer fact the FA couldn't build a foolproof case in 7 months, tends to suggest there's nothing really there in the first place. If we were bang to rights as suggested, this would've been done and dusted ages ago....

To touch on your comment, he also made the point of saying we will not be a premier league club until someone is relegated. Until teams are officially relegated, nobody is a prem club... to that end, i'm not sure if there's still scope for the FA to hit us retrospectively....?
