I would be surprised if they are unless it is handed to them on a plate, otherwise this is speculation. And to what end, it detracts from the focus which is on the FA’s potential culpability as explained before under the legal team’s line of defence.

They can’t go on a fishing expedition through the FA records for any or all of the following reasons DPA, breach of commercial confidence, breach of trust, duty of care etc etc. More litigation and revenue streams for the lawyers would be the outcome.

If it is about save face, take the hit on the use of, or the attempt to pay an agent. It is not in my understanding a point’s deduction but a fine. It would be the typical comprise win-win outcome other than they can pay their own legal bill.
