Faurlin was our Player of The Season 2009/2010 season

We approached the football league in September 2010 to improve his contract and told them so. They then query whether he has 3 rd party involvement.

Representatives montior paperwork at the club and on least two occasions go direct to loftus Road for meetings around the time of October.

They dither on what to do and than pass it onto the FA, because they have no jurisdication over alleged third party involvement and the fact they are concerned that only a percentage of this so called 3.5 million has been paid.

The football league and Premier League sanction transfers July/August and January turning a blind eye to the fact, being fully aware that clubs who inflate transfer fees are doing so to promote attendances for the leagues they represent.

The FA know we will need time to gather our evidence, we as a club will probably use all the time up leaving days for it to be finalised.

The FA lawyers and our lawyers are being paid handsomely and the ones who suffer are not the barristers (they probably earn by the hour and love it to role into weeks) its the fans who suffer

We are left with a trophy to lift, without being really able to celebrate. That after 15 years without being in the big time for us fans is a total and utter disgrace to the associations who run English football.
I blame the Fa , The football league and GP who once again has dragged us through the mud

Yeah but that assumes we did everything truthfully and by the book throughout. If we told/showed them one thing but in reality did things differently or illegally we'll be up sheet-creek and it'll not really be Fl/FA fault will it? Sure the handling's been pants but maybe we've orchestrated that with a slippery defence package? My view is that we just don't know the ins/outs and I'm puzzled when people make these gospel and absolute statements.

To be fair to Pete, this is fairly common knowledge and has been confirmed several times by different sources.
All Pete has done is summarised the whole thing, to get across the fact that most of the incompetencies lie with the FL and FA -- they were involved by us every step of the way and never said anything was a problem, even when we asked them, then suddenly turned round and said we'd broken all these rules.

The whole thing is a massive disgrace for the footballing authorities in this country.
Before March, I didn't want this season to end.
Now I just want it to go away.
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

gp is trouble with a capitol T! Lets be honest here this was on the cards to happen ever since he has been involved with rangers! it was not if it was when there would be a major league fock-up and from where im sitting this is it! if he is still at rangers next season ill be very surprised , but i wont be surprised when something like this happens again if he stays!

              Pete,

I think that the sane majority know that it is a combination of the FL/FA that are to blame for this bloody farce.

Shame that some are suggesting that it could be the fault of the club. If we have made mistakes, then we have made mistakes. But nothing, absolutely nothing, warrants anything approaching the seriousness of a points deduction.

Hopefully, we can all put this nonsense aside tomorrow and give the players, management and directors / owners due credit for this season's remarkable achievement.

The one thing that saddens me, is that our wonderful fans are being denied the opportunity to celebrate our achievement on a formal basis, for the time being. We will no doubt celebrate. And we will no doubt be vindicated in the end. Just such an outrage that many cannot enjoy the moment due to the usual incompeteance of the regulator.

If, by that statement you mean that just because an idiot at Loftus Rd bragged that a newly signed player cost more than he actually did, we all of us, Neil Warnock, players, tens of thousands of QPR fans, deserve the shyte week we've all had, our celebration of what is our biggest achievement since 1983 marred by the most incompetent governing body in world football, you need your bumps read, mate.

Gianni Paladini has been a complete tool, yes, no doubt whatsoever about that, but he/we haven't done anything that has warranted this hell of a week, nothing.

The FA are cruel, incompetent fools. They could have tol QPR back on October that this was being investigated and that they wanted all paperwork by 31st Dec to assess. And then pressed charges with a hearing set for Feb. This whole thing should have been cleared by early March (appeals and all). It would have left all the Championship clubs plenty of time and fixtures to adjust to any new positions in case of a points deduction.

The Police and Crown Prosecution Service gather evidence for murder cases quicker than this bunch of fools.

So many who are knowledgeable without facts...

There is no smoke without fire. Yes, the FL are bufoons, yes the FA are bufoons and yes the FA Premier League are bufoons, but ANYONE who, in a position of power at a football club, after the uproar generated by the Tevez affair, did not stop and think: 'this might be a bit tricky, let's get some advice' is a complete tool.

THAT is what is not 'Rocket Science' here.

So, there are NO WINNERS in this case; we should never be in this position, so whatever happens, have the bloody internal review and start operating this multi million pound business in a PROFESSIONAL way.

I don't know the FACTS and very, very few of you actually know anything about what has happened. Very few of you will be getting your 'info' from the FA side, so please use your brains and take it with a pinch of salt. Remember, certain people have been sure court cases are going to go one way and been proven very, very wrong in the past...
