Football league gave International Clearance for Faurlin

They gave the go-ahead in 2009 for the sigining

They never said a word when we were struggling near the foot of the championship/

Faurlin was our Player of The Season 2009/2010 season

We approached the football league in September 2010 to improve his contract and told them so. They then query whether he has 3 rd party involvement.

Representatives montior paperwork at the club and on least two occasions go direct to loftus Road for meetings around the time of October.

They dither on what to do and than pass it onto the FA, because they have no jurisdication over alleged third party involvement and the fact they are concerned that only a percentage of this so called 3.5 million has been paid.

The football league and Premier League sanction transfers July/August and January turning a blind eye to the fact, being fully aware that clubs who inflate transfer fees are doing so to promote attendances for the leagues they represent.

The FA know we will need time to gather our evidence, we as a club will probably use all the time up leaving days for it to be finalised.

The FA lawyers and our lawyers are being paid handsomely and the ones who suffer are not the barristers (they probably earn by the hour and love it to role into weeks) its the fans who suffer

We are left with a trophy to lift, without being really able to celebrate. That after 15 years without being in the big time for us fans is a total and utter disgrace to the associations who run English football.

Totally agree Pete. But from what I've read, once the game ends we're champions and they can't deduct any points....this season anyway. Or have you head differently?

Lifting the trophy means nothing to me now, well done for ruining the season FA.
          Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
          And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Someone who can still see/speak after tomorrows celebrations should ring 606 and read this out

im sure tomorrow, once we lift the trophy we will all be celebrating!

im sure if the FA were certain to dock us points they wouldnt of delayed doing so, and the FL wouldnt of allowed the trophy and medals to travel down to LR just to travel back

                        Good post, mate.
The fact that the FA have trampled over our celebrations, and because of such a trivial nonsense as Ali Faurlin's possible ownership by a third party, is one that every QPR fan present, and future, should never forget, and importantly, never let the FA forget.
My hatred of the FA is for life.

                          not really the point.

FA know now what they are dealing with.

                          A simple statement

We the FA find QPR guilty of wrongdoing and a penalty will be imposed, which will be finalised in the comng days. QPr are still however confirmed Champions
We the FA find QPR guilty of third party involvement and we are considering sanctions of a 15-20 point deduction
We the FA find QPR not guilty of third party involvement and confirm QPR are champions. We need further time to look into the financial side of the Faurlin transfer
Its not rocket science. All they are doing is worried about saving face and giving no consideration to the working class fan, who follow this club up and down the country. No consideration for die hard fans who have waited for this day.

Young fans may never experience this again, fans who remember there dads bringing them to Loftus Road cannot celebrate this day.

Okay, we have won the championship but the gloss of winning of the thing, has been taken away because the FA and football league waited this long to bring the case to a close

Pete, can you confirm or correct some of my research queries, and sorry if it's been covered before, but it's probably about 10 pages back.

                            1. Ali was signed July 2009, but 3rd party ownership rule wasn't applied to FL rules until August '09, even tho it was in the PL rules. So when this new rule was added after signing, board then tried to correct his 3rd party ownership/terms of contract with FL?

                            2. Agent's FA license had lapsed in July '09, but he was FIFA registered, and is now FA registered. Who told the FA they were more important than FIFA?

Well written Pete I think you have summed up the way we all feel, we all know we are the best team in the Championship & the FA ****s have taken the fun and the moment away from us.
Me and my crew have made the decision that we will try to get into the spirit of things 2morrow-I've promised not to stage a one man pitch invasion as a protest and to try and enjoy the moment cos who knows when we will be in a position to celebrate the brilliance of our team again.....
**** the FA Cmon you R's.............
