Like i said im not 100% certain its true but this story has scared the s hit out of me, it does make sense.
Also listening to Alan Curbishley on talksport has me now reaching for the razor blades.

    I think we are f0cked.
Curbishly was talking on the assumption that we were guilty on all accounts and had to be told that more than once by K+ g

If this is the case then surely no trophy tomorrow?
no trophy= riots at end of game as everyone will know our fate even without an anouncement so cannot see this

Rumour is now the third party part of the charges will be dismissed. Of the other 4 charges applicable to the CLUB, I can't see where a points deduction would be appropriate.

            Still, no-one knows.
Agreed on the who knows what, because this is confusing, there are 7 charges in all. There are 4 infringements (alleged) all of which are connected to the FA regulations on third party interests. One is relating to the use of or attempting to pay an agent under the Players Agents regulations. Two concerning GP and will not impact upon the club for now.

If the rumour was correct and without seeing the paper work, if one charge falls on third party it is highly likely that they all fall. If the case is proven all four are most likely to stand and it would be odd if they did not unless there were contributory and mitigating factors, such as the vicarious liability argument that has been deployed.

Remove one because there was no third party or the probability that there was no such arrangement then it is hard to see how the others still stand particularly if the vicarious liability wins the day and knocks out one of the charges.

This leaves the use of an agent or attempting to pay charge on the club. I have said all along, looking from the outside that there is a case to answer on this, he was not at the time. That would not be a point’s award/fine, in my view, but a stiff contribution to the FA coffers.

We will find out in due course and it will be what the FA and Club want us to know and not what we want to know.
