Pretty sure they have to make some kind of clarification today regarding what the punishment may be.

As i see it they can't punish us after the end of the Leeds match, so yes i agree they need to make it clear as to what they intend to do if anything, time is running out for the FA.

I just cannot see why the FA or even QPR give the fans somethink about whats happening. After all its not a murder case.

It's not the Fa's decision but their fault it is delayed

It's gotta be re crowd trouble, our ground is already full and there are already many Leeds fans travelling down without tickets, if we were to be deducted so many points so as to take us out of the play offs more Leeds fans would travel down to celebrate what could be a big day for them and all without tickets.
Just my theory, hopefully we won't be docked anything though and will stay champions.

if we're deducted points after Leeds game which meant we weren't going up or not champions, there would still be crowd trouble. But outside Wembley this time.

Totally agree that it is utterly untenable for the FA to make no statement prior to the Leeds game. If they need to continue their deliberations with a view to a financial fine or even further punishment next season then that is one thing but they - and we, sadly - would be a total and utter laughing stock if we were presented with the trophy and then had it taken away. Surely even the FA must see that.

It's not a conspiracy, the FA and the independent commission have misjudged the amount of evidence and the forensic detail our defence team would go through it and massively overrun. They can't make an announcement because the commission QC has informed them that they will not be able to make a decision today as they've not finished hearing evidence early enough. The earliest it can be under the rules is Monday morning.

One thing for certain is given the delay Paladini is finished at the club whatever the verdict

Good summary Baz. But given that it is a live situation re deciding the entire outcome of a season's football then the timing of any decision becomes as crucial as the verdict itself. Why on earth didn't the FA realise that with so much riding on this we were sure to bring in entire wheelbarrows of contracts, precedents, etc? They could have started the hearing a week earlier.

I just don't think its credible for the FA to say - and they will be under immense pressure to make a statement today - that we will award the trophy to QPR saturday but we retain the right to take it away. There would be a riot.
