Yesterday the FL told the clubs in the play offs that there would be a delay.
Today about 2 hours before the FA delayed our case the FL put a statement out that the play offs will go ahead as scheduled. Now that looks to me that the FL put pressure on the FA for a decision on our outcome, as they couldn't agree what to do with us they gave the FL permission to go ahead with the playoffs. Sounds like good news to me.
Any other theories ?

I was thinking that. Certainly favours us more as I really can't see the FA docking us enough points putting us out of the play off completely as they fully know we would appeal and well within our right to.
