West Ham agreed to go to binding arbitration and got badly stung. They were guilty of breaking PL rules and lying about it, and were deemed to have failed in their duty of care to other PL clubs, specifically Sheff Utd.
Why would anyone think they had a claim against us for something that happened two years ago? Clutching at straws if they do.

The difference is West Ham pleaded guilty to there charges as they had done something wrong
Qpr pleaded not guilty as they do not believe they have committed any wrong doing

How can apparent admin errors affect the tally of points they've achieved and their position in the league? They've no claim on anything other than they deserve for their results this season.
