In my view, I do not believe that we will be found guilty of the major charge (third party ownership) if we do not hear anything before Saturday’s game.
1. The league will not want a trophy presented to us which they later have to take away. They will look silly and supporters/sponsors will ask why the case could not have been heard far sooner so as to avoid the embarrassment.
2. If they do find us guilty then any points penalty should be served this season as it would be unfair on the team that finished third and may leave the FA/FL as well as QPR open to further litigation from that third team.
