I agree that Connolly and Gorkss should be the central pairiing with Stewart as back up.

I also agree that perhaps Hall can be sold. If he goes, McShane could be useful as further back-up.

mcshane is good for this level just id rather we kept with connolly and gorkks.. mcshane would be an expensive in terms of wages backup
