  • In the guardian - even more farcical

Cardiff City will have no case to answer from the FA even if it is proved by the Football League that they have permitted third parties to exercise control over their players

I hope our lawyers are aware of this and are making it known because it does make it impossible for Rangers to receive justice.

Says it all. The English FA want to screw over an English club to the benefit of a Welsh club! The Late Jeremy Beadle is going to appear soon and tell us this has all been one big joke!

There don't seem to be any rules in Wales, which is why not only is sheep-sh*gging allowed, it's compulsary.

The case against us should collapse on this alone

                  Absolute disgrace

Good on The Guardian to do the article

They didn't make me s..g sheep when I lived there, but saying that, I was only about 3 years old. To this day I still don't know why my teacher made me lick his 'disco stick'? Something to do with being a naughty boy I believe? Tasty though, albeit salty.

Seven days before FA charges arose against QPR in March, Digger revealed that Cardiff hold arrangements that may point to similar third-party influence over team affairs. Cardiff's director and lawyer, Alan Whiteley, denies that the agreements the club hold with the Cayman Islands-registered Player Finance Fund (PFF) constitute third-party influence. The matter is the subject of an ongoing investigation by the Football League.
The legal team need to present this at the FA hearing and demand answers

Personally I believe we should let our legal team decide what they need to do. I'm not sure, but I think they may know what they are doing?

How can it be allowed, legally, to both compete in the same league but have different rules?

That can't hold up in court, surely?

One assumes it can, but we all know what assuming does....

If this was a case being heard in the criminal courts - it would have been laughed off long ago.
I don;t know whether to laugh or cry though.

                              Scandalous. Absolutely scandalous.
