It's fair to say the FA are hell bent on trying to deduct points from QPR without the necessary evidence to prove their case

Sounds like an absolutely shambles from start to finish, don't think anyone has any idea how this is going to finish! If they do decide to dock points I suspect that won't be the end of it!
I think once we have played our last game then the season would be over and technically they could only dock us points for the following season, but seen as we would then be in the premier league the decision would be passed to the PL to decide which according to Simon Jordan the other day is something the PL were very keen to avoid!

Someone needs to do an undercover investigation within the FA

Bet they would find it is corrupt to the core

You need to understand that the FA have got themselves in a right mess with this case. Even insiders are saying the charges are farcical

It makes no difference what the FA 'want' to do. If they don't have the evidence to do it then were home and dry.

This has club endorsed spin written all over it I'm afraid. Will mean all anger is directed at the FA if we get found guilty and docked points. It's already working, see Kit's thread.

But the FA can't dock us points without enough evidence. If it is spin then it's poor spin.

If we get docked points it's because the evidence is clear and we deserve it, not because there is a witch hunt vs QPR.

We should be indeed. It would seem farcical, even by FA standards, that they don't have any evidence though. Don't forget the FA are using the same, very reputable law firm as us. Don't you think they would have been advised to drop the case when their chap was preparing the prosecution if they lacked sufficient evidence.

I know we all want to believe this guy, I know I really do, but I really am worried that he is being used to deflect any blame from the club if we're found guilty. We've seen that sort of spin from our club many times.

                              Sorry.

                                Hardly.

The anger would be directed at the club if they didn't take the FA to court over any points deduction in the light of such a "shambles".

I'm afraid the FA have been caught playing poker for stakes they can't afford. Following the same analogy, it simply remains to be seen whether their pride/arrogance allows them to fold now or go allin and bust themselves.
