  • If we did over state the fee?

I wonder who's idea it was to do it, who allegedly has previously instructed employees to carry out orders against the spirit of sport??

All answers on a postcard please.

I don't understand why every transfer we every do is 'Undisclosed' and this one wasn't!
    Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
    And many more mistakes

This is pure guesswork on my part but I imagine the reason why its an issue is that the FA will say "was that figure plucked out of the air or to get up to the deal being 'worth' £3.5m there must have been a lot of payments to agents etc - and this might open up a can of worms. As I say, not based on fact merely that it does tend to open up a whole host of other questions.

Yeah I agree stainrodisalegend. The guy i'm speak to in all of this mess keeps saying it's the fact we said 3.5million is the problem and why this is all happening.

He seems to think we should be okay and still champions

Good news " Only QPR "

If we totted up his wages from the original contract plus bonuses etc I wonder if it comes to around 3.5m?

Come on someone with knowledge of his previous contract, do the math.

We probably bigged it up coz we had been given the information that this lad was the latest big thing and if he wasnt going to stay long as a lot of these agents always look to move there star talents around regular to enable them to profit from agent fee's we would of made a good profit when someone bids £3.5m +,if we had disclosed £600k we may of got £1m.Due to this it has backfired on us.

The payment went through The F.A.
Therefore they already knew how much & where it went.

                  Didn't they?

The paperwork shows £600,000 the website shows £3.5 million. This is the FA asking where the other 2.9 Million is.

Falsifying paperwork is because the paperwork is correct and the website is a 'big up' for the fans.

GP's charges probably relate to the fact that as the Chairman, he instructed someone to type £3.5 Million.

This is all over nothing and the FA are trying their luck because we have a few quid.

Just my thoughts. No knowledge or ITK claimed

So the website showing 3.5m was aimed at tricking us the fans into believing 3.5m was paid - Therefore the offence was against us the fans?

So we should all quickly phone up the F.A. & tell them we are QPR supporters & we are willing to drop the charge - simples eh! :drunk:

very simply a case of us saying the deal worth 3.5 million, behind this will be various clauses for example if we get promoted the fee rises by x, if faurlin gets to play for argentina x amount if he plays in world cup finals copa america etc more money, the reason they hyped it up if you remember we were all fkd off with the board and the appt of magilton and this was them proving they(the board) were serious fact
