I wonder though, would you still feel the same way if you had a chance of making the top 2, and us losing say 10 points, would help you to get there?

    Honestly?

    Genuine question.

Well I know the answer that the poisioned dwarf would give, sorry I hate Dave jones and Billy Davis comes just after him, and both would be full of it in that situation as is jones now
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Well we did go up in 2008 due to Leeds points deduction but that was settled before the season started even if there was an appeal just before the last game. I can't answer your question because I honestly don't know unless I was in that situation. A promotion in those circumstances would feel tainted though. It would be a different situation if you had been docked points from the start and we would stand to lose out as was the potential scenario for us in 2008. The result of Leeds appeal was announced at 5pm on the Thursday before the final game. If Leeds had won their appeal, our last game would have been academic.

same on the Offical FB page, sheff utd wished us all the best too,
but as for the w*nkers, naaarwich, bardiff & there poor neighbours
from the mumbles, they can't wait to see us get deducted points.

thanks again N.F.F.C fan, would love to see you in the premiership
          with US next season.

Much prefer your ground/car park/Mcdonalds round the corner to some of the other hellholes or plastic Tupperware/Lego stadia.

Well like Loftus Road and (cough, cough) Elland Road, The City Ground is a proper stadium.

I would hate to see Cardiff gaining promotion from any points deduction. Plus, it wouldn't be fair on the other play-off candidates to be facing QPR in the play-offs. Not to mention the turmoil caused by inevitable appeals etc.

So best of luck Friday AND make sure you giving those Leeds **** a good hiding on Saturday!
Robbo, were you a mate of Dons#1 and retired Andy?

I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles

My username is a reference to John Robertson, Forest legend in the 70s & 80s.

No, I'd say it will be another 4 or 5 months before Dex is ready to return. It's a shame really. Had he been fit I'm sure we would have given you a better battle for automatic promotion!

What's your view on Lee Camp. I know a lot of Hoops fans don't like him but he's a legend at The City Ground.
